We start again. Spring is coming, days are hottest and  longer, in fact I realize only now that are 8 p.m. and I’m already here at Il Poggio delle Ginestre, I realize it from the sky, becoming red for another beautiful sunset that we can see from here.
In few time also the pool will be ready, waiting for a sunny and warm summer to take a swim looking at the view of our wonderful Umbria.
But now I’d like to tell you about yesterday: I became a tourist, yes tourist at home! Really, I’m not joking.
After many years, I came back to visit the Wine Museum, then the Olive Oil Museum and after the Contemporary Pottery Museum, where I’ve never been, though it was right here, at home!
Later I’ve take an appetizer at the Osteria of Museum, where the nice and competent Patrizia shows and taste me the great Lungarotti’s wine.
Yes, because Torgiano is a little village, even better is One of the Most Beautiful Villages of Italy which provide not only culture but also a great eno gastronomic   
What I can say, it’s seems strange but a village with just 6000 people offers really a lot.
It is lively and plenty of initiatives.
Just thinking about the original festival of Vinarelli, in August, where everybody, in addition to the guest, can express his artistic skills, painting, but only after use the wine instead of water.
Yes, because Torgiano is an important wine production place and was the first in Umbria to produce the D.O.C.G. wine.
Well, I hope to make you curious and make you want to come in our beauty and unique green Umbria.
